As a Junior Tax Administrator clerk, you will provide office support to the Tax department through various administration functions. This position is key to ensure that the tax administration function is smooth-running and efficient within the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:
· Tertiary qualification in administration or relevant field is preferable
· 1 – 2 years’ experience in a tax administration role
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Office essentials
· Previous experience in working with GreatSoft
· Must have experience in working on SARS e-Filing application
· Own Transport would be beneficial
· Flexi hours and 1 day a week remotely
Key Performance Areas:
· Assisting with Client Portfolio: All Taxpayers A – Z
· Client Record Maintenance on GreatSoft
· Client Record Maintenance on SARS eFiling
· Preparation and Dispatch of Assessment- and Provisional Tax Letters to Clients
· Other Registered Detail Changes (Verification required at SARS Branch)
· Client Take-ons | Client deletions
· Applications for Income Tax Registrations
· Income Tax Deregistration’s
· Billing of clients, including the weekly submission of timesheets
· Administrative assistance to clients in respect of taxpayer
