This UK Head Office based Online Performance Marketing Company is looking for an Affiliate Manager with sound experience in the Online Gaming/Casino environment to join their team. This position will be based in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Secondary Qualification (NQF4)
  • Relevant Sales/Marketing/Digital Marketing Qualification (Advantageous)
  • 2-3 years’ experience within an Affiliate/Digital Marketing Manager/Account Manager position
  • Must have experience within the Online Gaming/Casino environment (pre-requisite) and have sound knowledge of the target markets on a global level
  • Must be target driven and a strong negotiator with good decision-making skills
  • Strategic/analytical and attention to detail
  • Fully proficient within all Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Proven track record and references
  • Strong command in English Language (written and verbal)
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday 09h00 – 17h00 (Remote work as per current COVID-19 regulations)
  • Own reliable vehicle 

Preferred Requirement/Experience:

  • Strong understanding and experience in CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPM (Cost per Mill) payment methods

Key Performance Areas will include:

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of affiliates to the affiliate program
  • Actively recruit new affiliates to the gaming partners program
  • Onboard affiliates and help set up and test tracking along with implementation of post backs
  • Increase conversion and help optimize campaigns, creative and customer flows
  • Monitor all reports for CPA analysis and the new player funnel to spot any issues and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure strong relations with affiliates and review performance daily to optimise performance
  • Negotiate beneficial commercial deals
  • Recommendation of innovative and creative ways to maximise conversion rates by selecting appropriate affiliates
  • Aid in optimization of landing pages and affiliate creative materials where appropriate
  • Ensure affiliate performance is kept within the pre-agreed ROI and monitored consistently
  • Meet affiliate recruitment targets and achieve monthly targets
  • Compile and send monthly affiliate newsletter
  • Assist with all the above for new markets
  • Report directly into UK Head Office
