This role will require the successful candidate to work remotely from a home-based office and be external meeting with potential and existing clients as the Head Office for this company is based in Durban.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric/Senior Secondary Qualification (NQf4)
• Proven track record in achievement of monthly sales targets
• At least 3 years of new business development experience within packaging product sales
• Strong negotiation and sales presentation skills
• Own reliable transport with valid driver license

Key Performance Areas:

• Drive and follow through on all new business development initiatives
• Develop new and existing customer relationships to promote and sell the range of packaging products
• Identify and qualify suitable target markets
• Ensure sound ongoing current knowledge of direct competitors
• Negotiations and Product Presentations
• Achieve monthly targets

Remuneration:

• CTC of R200 – R400K p.a. (negotiable depending on industry and sales track record experience)
• Aggressive sliding scale commission structure (Paid from R1 monthly)
• Fuel & Cell Phone Allowance
