If you have strong Outbound Sales/Tele-Sales experience within a Call Centre environment this opportunity maybe very suited to you as it offers you normal business working hours, Monday - Friday.

The Sales Support Administrator will serve as the Anchor for the Hygiene Sales Representatives and their field activities . They should endeavour to maintain and improve on customer satisfaction levels, compiling of quotations and following up on quotations telephonically in order to close the sale.

 

Minimum Requirements will entail –

  • Matric/Senior Secondary Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales focused role (internally/externally)
  • Intermediate to advanced on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PPT)
  • Previous experience and knowledge of SAP.com will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in working towards individual/ team internal targets will be advantageous
  • Previous internal/external sales experience (selling, retaining, processing and converting orders)
  • Results driven, energetic individual who places emphasis on converting quotations into sales orders
  • Possess strong customer service and client retention skills
  • Will be capable of prioritizing time on the right activities to maximize efficiency and ensure accuracy of work
  • Own Transport with Valid Drivers Licence will be advantageous 
  • Monday – Friday (08h30 – 16h30 )

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Handle internal sales process management to support hygiene sales representatives with sales prospects and existing customers
  • Support individual hygiene sales representatives by generating quotations on a regular basis to support for a multitude of prospects and customers
  • Consistently following up on outstanding quotations to improve conversion rate for quotation pipeline
  • Accurately input data into CRM system (SAP) and assist with quoting in ERP system (SAP)
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer data, quotations and sales orders, striving for error free processing, invoicing, and delivery to client, striving continuously for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of the client, Hygiene sales representative and the Company
  • Follow up on quotations sent out to conclude sales where possible.  Therefore an understanding of the sales process is required.
  • Manage all outbound calls to new prospective clients in order to qualify new leads as well as close deals

Remuneration offered

  • Cost to company salary of R14 - R16 000 per month (neg.)
