A Permanent Telephone Agent is has become available at our clients Online Gaming/Entertainment Call Centre in Cape Town.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about the online entertainment environment, be committed and driven to achieve great performance results within the work environment. This dynamic, energetic and young environment will suit those applicants that enjoy interaction on all levels through their strong interpersonal skills!

Only those candidates who meet with all the below minimum requirements will be considered for pre-interviews.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Previous work experience within a Call Centre/Moderating/Customer Services environment would be advantageous
  • Must have Outbound Calling Experience 
  • Computer literate and able to navigate the online world with great ease and comfort
  • Able to liaise and build strong relationships with clients via online and offline correspondence
  • Communicate in English (read, write, speak)
  • Must have exceptional listening and telephonic skills
  • Must be energetic and target driven with exceptional time management skills
  • Multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Pro-active and driven to achieve great results within the work place
  • Reliable, punctual and well organised
  • Able to work shifts, including public holidays, is an absolute pre-requisite:

Shift 1 07h00 – 19h00 (4 day working week, no weekends but incl. public holidays during weekdays)

Shift 2 18h00 – 06h00 (5 day working week, no weekends but incl. public holidays during weekdays)

Shift 3 19h00 – 07h00 (4 day working week, no weekends but incl. public holidays during weekdays)

Shift 4 20h00 – 08h00 (4 day working week, no weekends but incl. public holidays during weekdays)

  • Work within a team environment and operate independently by remaining focussed
  • Own transport or reliable transport arrangements essential

Key Performance Areas:

 

  • Offer telephonic support to online gaming clients (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Conduct retentions calls and promoting of site
  • Sending and responding to emails
  • Maintain a professional and discreet approach when dealing with clients online
  • Manage all administration processes and procedures
  • Monitor online activity and always follow company procedures and policies
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by assisting fellow team members

  • Monthly CTC Salary (Basic + Position Bonus) – R11 764. 00 per month
