This well-established client in the Automotive Battery Manufacturing industry has a 4 Month Fixed Term Contract (Stand in Sick-Leave) Sales Coordinator position at the Cape Town Branch based in Parow Industria.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • A Matric Certificate
  • 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS office applications
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of JDE will be a pre-requisite


Job Duties

  • Receive and process incoming orders daily, in line with company specifications
  • Verify customer and order information for accuracy
  • Receive and promptly respond to customer complaints
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks e.g. filing, invoicing, etc.
  • Participate in stock take
  • Assist in Standby/Solar when required
  • Weekly cycle counts
  • Update graphs on dashboard and apply 6-S principles
  • MRP Barcode scanning of Bin locations
  • MRP stock replenishment with FIFO in mind
  • MRP Messages update on JDE for stock replenishment
  • Any other reasonable tasks may be added


Remuneration will include:


Cost to Company Salary of R10 – R12 000 per month (neg. depending experience and relevant skills)
